Hey there, my team and I have resold many laptops included with windows 11 pro and office 365 activated for liftetime frequently on ebay, and can offer this mail in service for others who need a fresh windows 11 pro and office 365 on their laptops. Have issues with your computer from a Microsoft account? Step 3: Prepare Your Device

To ensure your data stays safe and the process goes smoothly, please do the following:

• Back Up Your Data: Clean reinstall of OS and activation, so we always recommend a full backup of your important files.

• Power Cord: Please include your AC adapter/charger. Different models have different power requirements, and we need to ensure the device stays powered during the activation process.

Step 4: Pack & Ship

• The Box: Use a sturdy cardboard box with at least 2 inches of bubble wrap around the laptop. Using the retail box should be fine if you can put bubble wrap around it. A good strategy is to use a laptop bag and some bubble wrap, foam and a good box to put everything in. 

• again please include the charging cord/ac adapter with said laptop or pc. 

• The Note: Include a printed/handwritten note inside the box with your eBay Username, Full Name, and Return Address.

• Shipping to Us: You are responsible for the shipping cost to our facility. We recommend using a service with tracking (USPS Priority or UPS).

Step 5: Service & ReturnWe confirm arrival and begin diagnostics

• Turnaround: We typically complete the install and activation within 24-48 hours of receiving your device.

• REFUND POLICY: if for whatever reason I cannot smoothly finish the install, I will refund you the moment after I ship your laptop back you. This also will be the case if your laptop is dead on arrival at my place for some reason. 

• Return Trip: We will ship your laptop back to you using the eBay shipping system. You will receive a tracking number the moment it's scanned into the system.

• After it's shipped, you may receive a refund if I couldn't install win11 and office 365 correctly for some reason or if you device arrives nonfunctional at my place.
